Row by row
How do you read the HoneyBoost label?
Read it from the top: serving size, then calories and sugar, then zinc, then the extract rows, then the other ingredients.
- Serving size. 1 gummy is 4.2 g, and a bottle holds 30 servings, which is 30 days at one a day.
- Zinc. 2.5 mg as zinc gluconate is 23% of the 11 mg Daily Value for men (2.5/11) (NIH ODS, zinc).
- Extract rows. Maca 10 mg, horny goat weed 10 mg, damiana 10 mg, tongkat ali 25 mg, mucuna 10 mg and L-arginine 10 mg add up to 75 mg (10 + 10 + 10 + 25 + 10 + 10).
- Ratios. A ratio such as 10:1 means about 10 parts of raw material went into 1 part of extract. Maca's 10 mg is "equivalent to" 100 mg of root (10 x 10).
- Mucuna. The row is standardized to 98% L-DOPA, which is 9.8 mg (10 x 98%).
Together the active rows total 77.5 mg of a 4.2 g gummy. The other ingredients make up the rest.
Sugar and calories
How much sugar is on the HoneyBoost label?
One gummy has 3 g of total sugars, all of it added, which the label counts as 6% of the Daily Value.
The Daily Value for added sugar is 50 g, and 3/50 is 6% (DGA 2020-2025, added sugars). A bottle of 30 gummies holds 90 g of added sugar (30 x 3). The American Heart Association's upper limit for men is 150 calories a day from added sugar, which is about 36 g (AHA, added sugars). The 36 g figure is our conversion, so we say "about".
What is missing
What does the HoneyBoost label leave out?
The label leaves out a suggested-use line, the manufacturer's name, a lab report and any storage line.
It prints a serving size, but the wrap prints no suggested-use line, so follow the bottle and ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. It says "Made in the USA with select ingredients from around the world" and names GEX Corp LLP of Florence, KY as the distributor only. It does not say how much icariin the horny goat weed row holds.
The wrap itself carries the name, “MALE VITALITY FORMULA”, four taglines each followed by a dagger, the FDA statement, the warnings and the distributor line. The dagger leads to the statement that the claims have not been evaluated by the FDA (FDA structure/function claims).
Two lines
Does the label say “Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives”?
Yes, the wrap prints “Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives”, but we cannot confirm it, and no lab report is on file.
The panel's other ingredients also list artificial color. In the FDA's usage, that term names a category of approved color additives (FDA, color additive Q&A), and a federal rule sets how it must be declared (eCFR 101.22, flavor and color). We report both lines as printed and cannot reconcile them.
A lab report matters because amounts in gummies can differ from the label. In one study, 25 melatonin gummies measured 74% to 347% of their labeled amount (Cohen 2023, gummy label accuracy). That is a different ingredient, not HoneyBoost.

What warnings does the HoneyBoost label print?
The label says not to take it if pregnant, lactating, suffering from a medical condition or taking other medications, and to consult a physician first.
It adds that the product is not for anyone under 18, to keep it out of children's reach and not to use it if the seal is broken or missing. It also states that it is packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and milk products.
Chest pain, fainting or trouble breathing: call 911. An erection lasting 4 hours or more: go to the emergency room (Urology Care, priapism). Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take nitrates, erectile-dysfunction drugs, or blood pressure, Parkinson's, MAO-inhibitor, diabetes or blood-thinning medicines.
The medicine interactions page explains why.
Honeycomb match
Can you match each ingredient to its printed amount?
Yes, and it is a quick way to learn the panel: flip two cells to match a name to its amount.
Several rows print 10 mg, so any 10 mg cell fits those.
- Maca10 mg
- Horny goat weed10 mg
- Damiana10 mg
- Tongkat ali25 mg
- Mucuna10 mg
- L-arginine10 mg
- Zinc2.5 mg
Amounts come from the Supplement Facts panel (HoneyBoost label), per gummy. Five rows print 10 mg, so any 10 mg cell fits those five. Each round deals six of the seven rows (the six extract and arginine rows and zinc). It is a game about reading a label, not a test of anything else.
Next
Where can you read about each row?
Each row has its own page, and the ingredients page lists all seven.
The extract ratio guide shows the arithmetic in full, and the sugar page adds up the day's sugar.
FAQ
HoneyBoost label: your questions
What is the serving size of HoneyBoost?
The panel sets the serving size at 1 gummy (4.2 g), with 30 servings per container. The wrap prints no suggested-use line, so follow the bottle and ask the order desk.
How many calories are in a HoneyBoost gummy?
Each gummy lists 10 calories, 3 g of total carbohydrate and 3 g of total sugars, all added. The 3 g of added sugar is 6% of the 50 g Daily Value.
Does the HoneyBoost label say who makes it?
No. The label says it is made in the USA with select ingredients from around the world and names GEX Corp LLP of Florence, Kentucky as the distributor. The manufacturer is not named.
What does ** mean on the HoneyBoost panel?
The double mark means a Daily Value is not established. It appears next to the extract rows, since no Daily Value has been set for them. Zinc is the one nutrient with a percent: 23%.
Is there an expiry date or storage line on HoneyBoost?
We found no storage line on the label we have. Check the lot and date stamped on your own bottle, and do not use it if the seal is broken or missing.
Is the HoneyBoost supplement facts panel reviewed by the FDA?
No. The FDA does not approve supplements before they are sold, and the label carries the statement that its claims have not been evaluated. The panel format follows labeling rules, which is a different thing.
