Ingredients
HoneyBoost ingredients list: what is in each gummy
HoneyBoost ingredients are listed in 7 label rows per gummy: maca 10 mg, horny goat weed 10 mg, damiana 10 mg, tongkat ali 25 mg, mucuna 10 mg, L-arginine 10 mg and zinc 2.5 mg. The six extracts add up to 75 mg of a 4.2 g gummy. Every amount is printed, and no row is a hidden blend.

The list
What is in HoneyBoost?
Each HoneyBoost gummy holds six plant or amino-acid rows and one mineral: maca, horny goat weed, damiana, tongkat ali, mucuna, L-arginine and zinc (HoneyBoost label).
The six extract rows add up to 10 + 10 + 10 + 25 + 10 + 10 = 75 mg. With 2.5 mg of zinc the active rows total 77.5 mg of a 4.2 g gummy.

As printed
What are the HoneyBoost ingredients and their amounts?
The panel prints a milligram amount for all seven rows, so nothing is hidden inside a proprietary blend.
Four rows also print a ratio and an "equivalent to" line. We show the arithmetic so you can check it.
| Row as printed | Per gummy | Arithmetic |
|---|---|---|
| Maca (Lepidium meyenii) Root Extract 10:1 | 10 mg | equivalent to 100 mg root (10 x 10) |
| Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium spp.) Extract 8:1 | 10 mg | equivalent to 80 mg herb (10 x 8) |
| Damiana (Turnera diffusa) Leaf Extract 5:1 | 10 mg | equivalent to 50 mg leaf (10 x 5) |
| Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) Root Extract 100:1 | 25 mg | equivalent to 2,500 mg root (25 x 100) |
| Mucuna (Mucuna pruriens) Seed Extract, 98% L-DOPA | 10 mg | 9.8 mg L-DOPA (10 x 98%); no seed equivalent printed |
| L-Arginine | 10 mg | No ratio |
| Zinc (as zinc gluconate) | 2.5 mg | 23% of the 11 mg Daily Value (2.5/11) |
"Equivalent to" is a raw-material figure, not the dose of herb in the gummy. See extract ratios.
Other ingredients
What are the other ingredients in HoneyBoost?
The panel lists sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, tapioca starch, sodium citrate and artificial color.
Together these make up almost all of the 4.2 g gummy. One gummy has 10 calories, 3 g of total carbohydrate and 3 g of added sugar, which is 6% of the 50 g Daily Value (3/50) (DGA 2020-2025, added sugars).
The wrap also prints “Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives”, while the panel lists artificial color. We cannot reconcile the two lines, and no lab report is on file. The FDA describes artificial color as a category of approved color additives (FDA, color additive Q&A).
The label states that it is packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and milk products. Ask a clinician if you have an allergy.

How do the amounts compare with studied doses?
Most label amounts are small next to the doses in studies, and two rows have no human trial to compare with.
Tongkat ali studies used 200 mg a day of extract, and the gummy has 25 mg, one eighth (25/200) (Tambi 2012, tongkat ali LOH). A maca trial used 1,500 mg or 3,000 mg a day, and the gummy's root equivalent is about 7% of 1,500 mg (Gonzales 2002, maca desire and T). Zinc is shown against reference levels (11 mg recommended, 40 mg upper limit), not study doses (NIH ODS, zinc). No trial tested HoneyBoost.
- Maca (root equivalent)100 mg on the label
Studies: gelatinized maca 1,500 and 3,000 mg a day (12 weeks) and a maca extract at 2,400 mg a day; the label's 10 mg extract equals 100 mg of root (10 x 10). Studies used about 15 to 30 times the label amount. (Gonzales 2002, maca desire and T) (Zenico 2009, maca and mild ED)
- Horny goat weed80 mg on the label
No human trial of horny goat weed extract at this dose was found; the reviews describe mostly cell and animal work. No human trial range found. (Niu 2022, icariin review) (Meng 2026, icariin and ED)
- Damiana (leaf equivalent)50 mg on the label
No human trial of damiana alone was found; human data come only from herb blends. No human trial range found. (Szewczyk 2014, damiana)
- Tongkat ali (extract)25 mg on the label
Studies: 200 mg a day of extract for one to three months in two open-label studies; the label's row is 25 mg of extract (equal to 2,500 mg root). Studies used about 8 times the label amount. (Tambi 2012, tongkat ali LOH) (Tambi 2010, tongkat ali fertility)
- Mucuna (seed extract)10 mg on the label
Study: 5 g (5,000 mg) of seed powder a day for three months, uncontrolled; the label's row is 10 mg of an extract at 98% L-DOPA. Studies used about 500 times the label amount. (Shukla 2010, mucuna in men) (RIVM 2024, mucuna risk assessment)
- L-arginine10 mg on the label
Studies: 1,500 to 5,000 mg a day in men with mild to moderate ED (10 trials) and 6 g a day in one trial. Studies used about 150 to 500 times the label amount. (Rhim 2019, arginine ED) (Menafra 2022, arginine ED)
- Zinc (as gluconate)2.5 mg on the label
Reference levels: 11 mg a day recommended for men and 40 mg a day upper limit for adults (NIH); not study doses. A reference level, not a study dose: the label is 6% of the higher level. (NIH ODS, zinc) (Prasad 1996, zinc and T)
Log scale: each gridline is ten times the one before. Studied ranges are daily amounts from the trials linked on each row; rows marked as a reference show a reference level, not a study dose. A bar being far away does not mean the gummy is unsafe or useless; it means the study results cannot be borrowed for it, because none tested HoneyBoost or this combination.
Safety
Are any HoneyBoost ingredients a concern for some people?
Yes, for some people, which is why the label says to consult a physician and not to take it with other medications.
NIH lists tongkat ali as a possible rare cause of liver injury (LiverTox, tongkat ali). A Dutch assessment names no safe dose of mucuna and flags MAO-inhibitor and Parkinson's medicines, because the row holds L-DOPA (RIVM 2024, mucuna risk assessment). Oral arginine can lower blood pressure (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine), and zinc can reduce absorption of some antibiotics (NIH ODS, zinc). We found no safety source for horny goat weed or damiana.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement. Erection problems or low sexual desire call for a clinician's check, not a guess.
Pages on medicines and who should not take it cover the rest.

FAQ
HoneyBoost ingredients: your questions
How many ingredients are in HoneyBoost?
The panel lists seven rows: six extract and amino-acid rows plus zinc. Ten more items make up the rest of the gummy, from sugar and corn syrup to artificial color.
Does HoneyBoost contain a proprietary blend?
No. The panel prints a separate milligram amount for each row, so no blend hides the amounts. What it does not print is the icariin content of the horny goat weed row or who tested the extracts.
How much tongkat ali is in HoneyBoost?
Each gummy holds 25 mg of tongkat ali root extract at 100:1, which the label calls equivalent to 2,500 mg of root. Studies we read used 200 mg a day of extract.
Is there honey in HoneyBoost?
The panel has no honey row. Honey flavor and the brand name are what the word refers to; the list names sugar, corn syrup and natural flavor.
Does HoneyBoost have artificial colors?
The panel lists artificial color among the other ingredients, even though the wrap prints “Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives”. We report both lines and cannot reconcile them.
Does HoneyBoost contain L-DOPA?
Yes. The mucuna row is standardized to 98% L-DOPA, which is 9.8 mg per gummy. L-DOPA is the compound in Parkinson's medicines, so ask a pharmacist if you take any.
Does HoneyBoost contain caffeine?
No caffeine is on the Supplement Facts panel. The panel lists only the seven rows above and the other ingredients.
