A HoneyBoost gummy lists six extract rows and zinc, each with an amount in milligrams and no proprietary blend (HoneyBoost label).
Four rows also print an extract ratio. A 100:1 ratio means about 100 parts of raw root went into 1 part of extract, so "equivalent to" is a raw-material figure, not root in the gummy (how ratios work).

How much active ingredient is in one HoneyBoost gummy?
Together the six extracts weigh 75 mg, and with zinc the active rows total 77.5 mg of a 4.2 g gummy, about 2% (77.5/4,200).
The rest is sugar and other ingredients. In one trial, men aged 21 to 56 took 1,500 mg or 3,000 mg of maca a day for 12 weeks, and desire was reported to rise from week 8 while testosterone did not change (Gonzales 2002, maca desire and T). The gummy's 100 mg of root equivalent is about 7% of 1,500 mg (100/1,500). Tongkat ali studies used 200 mg of extract; 25 mg is one eighth of that (25/200). No trial tested HoneyBoost, so none of these results carries over.

The other ingredients are sugar, corn syrup, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, guar gum, tapioca starch, sodium citrate and artificial color.
Sugar and corn syrup come first, so each gummy carries 3 g of added sugar, 6% of the 50 g Daily Value (3/50), and 10 calories. The wrap prints "Lab Tested, No Artificial Additives" while this list includes artificial color. We cannot reconcile the two, and no lab report is on file. There is no honey row: "honey" is the flavor and part of the name. The label also notes packaging in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and milk.

- Tongkat ali: the NIH LiverTox entry calls it a possible rare cause of liver injury, with no long-term human data (LiverTox, tongkat ali). Dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or belly pain: stop and get medical care.
